Teliti International was founded as a one man operation nearly 20 years ago by managing director Haji Mohamed Nasir Abdul Majid.

The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and its main country of operation is Malaysia.

Under his leadership, it has grown to become one of the leading IT Service providers in the nation.

Rapid expansion

Teliti now has three divisions, Teliti Solutions, Teliti Services and Teliti Datacentres. We currently employ almost 200 people in five locations across Malaysia. We are proud to have assisted some of the largest organisations in the country while successfully growing the Teliti family into the business you can see today.

At Teliti, we have weathered two global recessions and the Asian Economic Crisis of the late 1990s. So we know what it’s like to manage change during tough times. And just like you, we understand how important it is to minimise costs while ensuring that we stay ahead of the technology curve.

Now, having achieved our goal of becoming the leading supplier of IT services within Malaysia, we feel the time is right to move to the next stage of our development.

Over the next year, Teliti will make its first moves into the international arena to bring our world class management team, deep rooted experience and commitment to service to a wider range of customers. Our target is to become a leading IT services company in South East Asia while exploring further expansion opportunities in the Middle East and Europe.

With the continuing support of our unparalleled technology partner line-up – which includes SAP, IBM and HP - Teliti is well equipped to become a champion for the Malaysian IT sector in overseas markets.

Entering an exciting new industry

In the first half of 2010 we will begin construction work on a state-of-the-art data centre. The RM320 million, 120,000 sq ft facility, will be one of the largest data centres in the world when it is completed in the first half of 2012. We already have expressions of interest from parties interested in 40% of the available space in the centre and we are confident that we will achieve total occupancy very soon after construction is concluded. The investment represents a new period of growth for the Malaysian data centre industry and we are proud to take the lead in demonstrating just why our country should be seen as the first choice for your data centre requirements.

Remaining true to its origins

Teliti is about to enter yet another exciting period in our development. This is a pioneering company that will continue to explore new technologies and new markets.
